Pickles, Chutneys and Preserves

We are delighted to offer our own award-winning range of chutneys and preserves. Using traditional recipes, with only the finest ingredients, our products are made in small batches to create a unique 'home made' taste.

Fruit purees are used throughout Europe as an accompaniment to cheese, often as an alternative to fresh fruit. These are made in the West Country in small batches, using only natural ingredients.

7.5 per cent truffle oil gives a powerful truffle hit: particularly good with salty ewes' milk cheeses (100g approx.)

Authentic quince paste, ideal with Manchego cheese. 400g tub
