POSSIBLE DAYS FOR DELIVERIES

We send out orders on:

• Tuesday for delivery on a Wednesday
• Wednesday for delivery on a Thursday
• Thursday for delivery on a Friday
• No orders are despatched on a Friday (unless under 2kg via Royal Mail Special delivery)

UK off-shore and worldwide addresses may take longer than one day and they will need to be sent earlier in the week to ensure they do not get delayed during a weekend.

Saturday deliveries:
Couriers charge a high premium for Saturday deliveries (NOT GUARANTEED). This premium is usually in excess of £11 but can be more depending upon the location. If a Saturday delivery is essential then please email us for a quotation.

Bank Holidays
We do not send out orders on a Bank Holiday.

Incorrect Postcode
We always ask for a correct postcode as otherwise Interlink will not deliver it for us (they have to know which depot to send the parcel to). Sometimes, you send us an incomplete or incorrect postcode.

As the Post Office now charges us £1 per postcode check this cost will unfortunately have to be passed on to the customer should a postcode be incorect. We will endeavour to contact you first to ascertain the correct post cose and this charge will only be used as an emergency.

If this happens then it could mean the parcel is delayed and if we can't contact you at short notice an expensive phone call to the Royal Mail (who now charge) for releasing the correct post code.
